Hi to all!

Private Studio Official Launch has just ended yesterday! It was an early morning as I was late for 15min to meet my team. I was surprised that other than my team to assist me in the event. I see around 10 odd participants already waiting outside at PC Bunk. That’s pretty early but I hope they’d their breakfast before coming.

We went in to prepare for our sound system, the table for last minute registration and the attendance taking for our participants. We also went to prepare the computers required for the event. And when I open the door, I realized that the crowd is really big! It was a long queue but I tried to hasten the process by assigning more people to the counter to attend to more people. In the end, we’d about 70 participants for the event! I hope the participants like the little goodie bag though.

After which, my friends and I ushered the participants to their seats. Though it was quite confusing but we certainly tried our best to get them their seat. *grin* And we attached the group with one leader each to start the tournament proper. Babizaki was the emcee for the event and I say she has done well for her first time!

We’d our warm up round earlier from 9:45am to 10:20am. Everyone was in the mood and prepare to battle their skills out. The official tournament started at 10.30am but before it started, I see that the competitors have already made friends with each other. It was heart-warming to see how each of them began to know one another. We’d Stiffy and Open category to compete first before we initiate the Novice and Freedom Category to compete! It was about an hour long tournament before they go for their 30min break and come back for their free play from 11.30am to 12.30pm ^^

Following which, we’d to stop everyone’s from indulging in their AuditionSEA games and ushered the crowd to the lobby area for cake-cutting session! I gave a little speech.

“I thank everyone for coming to the Official Launch tournament. I hope everyone have fun, competing among each other. I also like to thank AsiaSoft for being our Official Sponsor, PC Bunk for being our Official venue. Besides, I’d like to thank those who helped me in this event, Simon, Kenny, Jim, Daniel, Zaki, Jolene, NP Students, and everyone else who helped! Now we’ll have our cake-cutting. Thank you all”

I realized that the cakes from Secret Recipe are hard to cut -_-. Eh, do not blame me for my cutting skills! *laughs* I tried to cut smaller pieces but I found out its not feasible. The cake is too soft but really nice. I am sure those who took a slice from me will agree with me.

After the cake-cutting session, we’d our prize giving ceremony! Each of the prize winners will get an envelope of AuditionSEA pre-paid cards and PC Bunk vouchers.

Anyway, Private Studio Official Launch has finally come to an end. I thank everyone for your support and hope everyone will continue to give their support when Private Studio organizes events in the near future!
